The artwork is generated from various health attributes, including:

 <li>resting heartbeat</li>
 <li>number of steps taken</li>
 <li>distance covered while running or walking</li>
 <li>stairs climbed</li>

 <li>location information</li>
 <li>mood</li>
 <li>favorite color</li>
</ul>

Users have the ability to customize their experience by adjusting the number of breaths, meditation session duration, and selecting their preferred color, allowing heart/work to create tailored visuals.

This application leverages HealthKit data to generate its unique visuals, requiring access to such data for optimal functionality. It is worth noting that no personally identifiable information is shared with third parties.
