Introducing heart/work, an innovative iOS application that transforms personal health data into unique artwork. This app effectively bridges the connection between well-being and health metrics by generating layered visuals that offer a concise overview of your health, utilizing meditative breathing exercises, your heartbeat, and environmental data.

By engaging with heart/work daily, users can maintain their exercise streaks while producing a fresh piece of art that reflects their heart's rhythm.

The artwork is generated from various health attributes, including:

heartbeat during exercise
heart rate variability (HRV)
resting heartbeat
number of steps taken
distance covered while running or walking
stairs climbed
active energy burned
local weather and climate conditions
location information
mood
favorite color

Users have the ability to customize their experience by adjusting the number of breaths, meditation session duration, and selecting their preferred color, allowing heart/work to create tailored visuals.

This application leverages HealthKit data to generate its unique visuals, requiring access to such data for optimal functionality. It is worth noting that no personally identifiable information is shared with third parties.
